Library

For the all round development of the child the school subscribes different books like Dailies, Journals, Magazines & reference books.
The school library is a vast reservoir of books which aims at the growth of the individual & develop self esteem in them. To develop reading habits in students & staff the school library has a well framed policy of issuing sufficient number of books to the students & staff on demands.
Our school library is growing and we are trying to provide the best reading material to our students and staff as well. The school library remains open during summer vacation for the students and staff.

At Sarvhitkari Vidya Mandir, our students experience happiness, peace and enjoy and energetic and enthusiastic lifestyle through a variety of physical fitness programmes. The multipurpose and enormous school playground serves as a platform for basketball, volleyball and badminton courts and not only that, it’s hub for our beyond curricular activities as exhibitions, carnivals, annual day, sports events and so on.
Our Taekwondo and Badminton teams have won for us a number of trophies at State and National Level championship with the display of its greater coordination and discipline.

Kidz Zone

Kids Zone provides a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for physically active children aged 7 and under to play in and explore. Kids zone’s supervised, visually open play area ensures children’s safety, while challenging them to reach, think, interact, explore, and have fun. Individual attention is our speciality.
FACILITIES FOR KIDS ZONE :- well structured building, A.C facility also provide in school, for safety of the students, CCTV facility also available, transportation is also available for the little champs with lady attendant.

Security

The school building is uder CCTV surveillance and all of its strategic locations are monitored 24×7 for security purpose. A GPS enabled Transport System installed in all our Vans ensures the security and safety of learners.

• Presence of lady in each school bus.
• Committees as per CBSE direction:
• Anti Bullying, Anti sexual Harassment, Disciplinary, safety & security Committees.
• Restricted entry within the campus.

First Aid

First Aid is provided to the students In the school. In case of more Serious ailments of injuries, the Parents/guardians are immediately Informed by the school. The students are treated in consultation with the parents regarding medicines, diets, allergies etc.
In case of emergency doctor’s are approached too.

Transport

1. To insure the safety fire extinguishers are installed.
2. Cameras are in the vans to control the speed.
3. Students will board and alight only at fixed Bus stop. Parents and children are requested not to ask the driver or attendant to stop the bus at unauthorised stops.
4. Parents are not permitted to change bus stops without prior permission.
5. Parents are not allowed to accompany the child into the van without prior permission.
6. If a child requires to travel to a different stop a written request from the parents in necessary.
7. In case of permanent change of location, the school must be notified forewith.
8. Children must be courteous and polite to the driver, attendant and other children in the bus. Children found misbehaving in the van will not be allowed to continue the bus facility.

Parent’s Meeting

In thus new era, the role of parents is not less than that of the teachers mutual co-ordination between the teacher and the parents is essential.

1. Parents of the students from (Pre-Nursery to 1″ class) may see the concerned teacher on any day from Monday to Saturday on hour before the departure time of the higher classes with the prior permission of the principal.
2. Parents Teacher meeting is held on every second Saturday of the month. Parents are welcome to the school to discuss the problem of the students regarding their studies and general behavior.
